To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the returned item.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or not as described.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, you must return the original item and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, based on your preference.
  • Shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by Tintopis.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the standard return process applies.
