- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note the following:
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, you must return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by Tintopis.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, the standard return process applies.
