If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of resending the order. Please double-check your shipping details to ensure they are correct before submitting your order.

10. Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases, packages may be undeliverable due to circumstances such as incorrect address information, recipient absence, or delivery restrictions. If a package is marked as undeliverable by the carrier, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide an alternative address or choose a different shipping method.

If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded minus any shipping charges.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, changes to the shipping address, products, or shipping method cannot be made. 12. Damaged or Defective Products
